Return Policy

At ONYX Lab, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, here's everything you need to know.

You have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order to request a return.

The product must be in its original, unused condition with all tags attached.
It must be in its original packaging or in packaging that adequately protects the item.
Returns will not be accepted for products that are used, washed, or damaged due to misuse.

Send us an email to hola@onyxecuestrianlab.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
We will respond within 24-48 hours with instructions.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product arrives defective or incorrect, in which case ONYX Lab will cover the costs.

If you need to exchange a size or another item, contact us, and we will help you manage it as quickly as possible.
